Overview

Some customers have exhibited issues when installing Matrixrates via Magento Connect. This may be that either an error message is displayed after installation, a blank screen is displayed or that the extension is not visible at all.

This is not present with all users but has been found when using Magento Connect.

Solution

The extension can be downloaded for free from our website at webshopapps.com by filling in your website’s details on the Matrixrate listing page.

The version downloaded from our website comes in a ZIP file and must be installed using our installation guide.

We do not provide support packages for our free extensions but if you would prefer for us to perform an installation on your site our Premium Matrixrate extension comes with all of the feature of Matrixrates and comes with Bronze support as standard. These is a checkbox on the page to add the installation package and/or upgrade the support level for Premium Matrixrate.
