1. Simple Weight based Filtering
Here we are configuring 2 rules:
- Shipping to the USA when weight > 0lbs and weight <=20lbs is $8 via Standard Shipping
- Shipping to the USA when weight >20.01lbs and weight <=10000lbs is $11 via Courier Shipping
