1. City filtering

In this example we will explain how filter the shipping based on the city. In the below example shipping will only be available when shipping to the state and city of New York.

As shown in the below screenshot when shipping to a city which is not New York but instead Manhattan will not be able to obtain a shipping rate:

When shipping to the city of Manhattan then rates are shown as displayed in the attached screenshot:

2. Excluding certain cities from shipping rates

In this example we will explain how to ship to exclude certain cities from obtaining shipping rates:

In this screenshot is shows when shipping to Long Beach within California I am able to obtain shipping rates:
