This is where to look if you’re running into issues when trying to use one of our table/csv based extensions.
The first things to check are:
- Incorrect Installation
- Serial Keys not Entered (not applicable to free extensions)
- Incorrect Configuration – Please review the Configuration section of this Knowledge Base
- Extension Conflict with other code on the site

| Rules not working when no weight has been defined | All products must have a weight defined in the “weight” attribute, even when not filtering by weight. This is a requirement of all Magento shipping methods. |

1 – This applies only to extensions that create attributes. For example: Shipping Override, Product Matrix, Shipping Calendar. Extensions that do not add attributes include Matrixrates and Premium Rates.
2 – This applies only to extensions that use CSV files. For example: Matrixrates, Premium Rates, Product Matrix, Shipping Override, Shipping Calendar, Handling Fees Matrix.
