1. Price Range Column Ranges

In Premium Matrix rate the Price to value has to be different to the next Price from value.

An example of this would be Price from: 0 Price to: 4.999

Price from: 5 Price to: 9.999

2. Free Shipping Minimum Order Canada & US 48 States

In this example here we show how to set up free shipping so that it applies after order value is $100+, but only offer to Canada and 48 US States.  This also uses weight based filtering.

In the example CSV file I’ve only included Hawaii, Alaska as non-free states, in reality you would add all that were not applicable from your list of regions.

3. Shipping Based on Cart Total Price

In this example CSV file you can see when the cart total reaches the value of $100 then the price of shipping will increase to $35. But if the cart total is below the value of $100 then the shipping will be charged at a price of $18.50
