In this article we will explain the common reason why rates may be returned as the shipping price of $0.00 at the frontend of your store.

The first reason why this may be shown is if the currently symbol has been entered into the CSV file as shown in the screenshot below:

The solution is in this CSV file is to remove the Dollar sign ($) from the shipping price column. Resulting in the CSV file looking like this:
