Let’s say you want to ship to UK, Europe and Rest of World, and have different shipping prices per product. Let’s say that highest shipping price is used and add-on is 50%
Product A Shipping: $5 UK, $10 Europe, $20 ROW
Product B Shipping: $6 UK, $12 Europe, $24 ROW
If I have 2*A and 3*B in cart shipping price is:
UK: $6+2*$3+2*$2.50
Europe: $12+2*$6+2*$5
ROW: $24+2*$12+2*$10
Example 2 – Complex
Take a deep breath!
Lets keep it simple – add-on percentage defined as 50%
If I have Book A defined as follows:
$10 USA, $15 CAN, $25 ROW
Book B: $7 USA, $12 CAN, $20 ROW
And Dvds defined as:
$3 USA $8 CAN, $10 ROW
If I buy 2 * Book A + 1 * Book B + 2 * Dvd the cost would be:
USA = $10+$5+$3.50+$3+$1.50
CAN=$15+$7.50+$8+$4
ROW=$25+$12.50+$10+$10+$5
