This is a variation on the popular Product Rate extension, taking it to new heights!

The main features are:

• Ability to set shipping rate on a per product basis
• Ability to set different rates for USA, Canada, and Rest of World, or UK, Europe, Rest of World, for example.
• Ability to define the rates for when multiple items of same shipping group are in cart, or for w hen multiple of same item is in cart
• Additional rate can be a flat cost of percentage (e.g. half price when a customer purchases more than 1 book)
