I have product that can fit into a box four times but there is still some space left over, how can I configure Dimensional Shipping to take this into account.

Solution

Under “Individual Shipping Boxes used for this Product” in the “Max Qty allowed in this Box” field you can enter fractions into this box. So if a product leaves some space after it has been entered into a box you can enter 4.5 to take this into account.
