Once the Freight extension is installed you will see a new tab called ‘Shipping’ under each product listing.
In here you have the following options:
- Must Ship Freight – Set to yes if this product always ships Freight
- Freight Class – The Freight Class for this particular product
If no Freight Class is set then the default Freight Class set in Shipping Settings is used if a Freight Quote is obtained.
If Must Ship Freight is set to No then the extension will only ship the item freight if other items in the cart have Must Ship Freight set to yes, or the weight threshold specified in Shipping Settings is met.
