When changing the Customer Group in admin panel you will need to do the following steps:
This is because Magento is not updating the Shipping Price when changing the Customer Group.
- Change the Group under Account Information.
- Click on “Update Items and Qty’s”
- Then click on “Get shipping methods and rates.
