1. Increasing price based on volume increment

The rules we are implementing

• Set base price for shipping to the USA to 20USD
• Increase price by 2USD for every cubic inch

To achieve this configuration you will need to set the base shipping price in the csv and use the vwc= algorithm to specify the volume/price increment.
