In the example below we use the algorithms ORDER and ITEM. For products in the group OVER a $5 surcharge is added per order. For products in the group VISION a $4 surcharge is added per order, and a $3 surcharge per item.

So if I had say 5*Products that are in the handling group OVER and 4*Products that are in the group VISION the handling fee would be 1*5+1*4+4*3.
