- Open Magento Admin
- Navigate to “Configuration->Shipping Methods”
- Enable the shipping method
- Select Zone 1 Country – i.e. your base shipping country
- Select Countries in Zone 2
- Set the Rest of the World countries in “Ship to Specific countries”Note: It does not matter if these overlap with Zone 1 or Zone 2
- Save Config
- Check all attribute sets have the following attributes present (only the Default attribute set will be configured on install):
- shipping_price_zone1
- shipping_price_zone2
- shipping_price_row
- shipping_is_percent
- shipping_addon
- shipping_group
- Set up required shipping groups – see below
- Add shipping prices to products as specified below
- Run tests to ensure that the shipping method is showing and working
